December 2008/January 2009

Happy New Year to Everyone!! Wow can you believe that it is a start to another wonderful year? I really cannot believe that January is here and Isabella is going to be 2 years old on the 5th. Time sure flys and some days I wish I could stop time. She has been getting so big and full of wonderful times! So I know I havent updated in a while so I will do that now.

Eddie, Isabella and I have been busy trying to settle down in our house on base here in Georgia. I tell you this is hard! I know people that have done it many times before may not think its hard but this is! I am still going to school full time during the traveling, moving and holidays. I should be done with my communications degree the end of March. Let me tell you how relieved I will be that I will have accomplished this step in my life. I thought highschool was hard! *laughs*
So since being here Isabella has settled in well. We have not been able to get her physical therapy set up as the referrals just have not come through. Thats another thingI need to put on my mile long to do list. But we have been out of physical therapy for a month now and I am not sure she needs it as her legs are still doing well. She has not backtracked on her progress which is good. We do have an appt for her Rhuematology doctor in Feb. Dont ask why its so far out thats just what they had available. Okay so enough on that.
I wanted to thank everyone who sent Isabella christmas gifts as she loves them all! I will post a few photos of her opening gifts! So those are just a few of what we have edited and gotten off the camera! She loved tearing up into those gifts! We did happen to get a new member of our family. He is a 3 year old chocolate chihuahua. His name is Oliver and the cutest thing! Unfortunatly we do not have a family picture of us to share yet but hopefully soon!
Eddie and I are on christmas break from school and we both start new classes on the 15th of this month. After eddie finishes like 5 classes he is going to put in his packet to become an officer and hopefully he will be chosen to go to Officer Candidate School early next year! Well there is not much more to update on but if I think of something I will come back and add it. I hope all of you have had a great christmas and a happy new year!
Please check back to my blog often as I will be staring a new and exciting adventure of my own soon and I will be posting that soon!
Love Always
Danielle, Eddie, Isabella and Oliver
